What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept?
A down payment of 50% of the total cost is required upon inception of the project. All work created within the scope of the proposal will become the property of the client once payment in full is received.
We accept company cheques, cash and wire transfers. All cheques can be sent to us via registered mail. Your project will initiated once the project agreement is signed and the project initiation payment is received and processed.

How long will it take?
If you have the copy (text) for your site written before the design process begins, it generally takes 6-10 weeks from start to finish to complete a basic website. Copy should be in electronic format, preferably MS Word 2003 format or higher .
Not having your copy completed before the design process can significantly delay the production of your site. For your convenience, we offer reduced rate copywriting / Web design packages that provide you with additional savings when choosing both services.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We completely guarantee the highest quality our design work and final production. We provide an initial concept based on the creative brief we put together prior to designing. We then offer an entire round of revisions at no additional charge.
In many cases revisions aren't even needed, but when they are necessary - we take your entire "laundry list" and tweak until the design is just right. We also allow another final revision cycle of the website once all content has been inserted, to make sure your site is ready before launch.
Once the concept is finalized, your copy, links, forms and other elements will be added, and your site is uploaded to your hosting service.

How is my logo design delivered after the design is finalized?
Customarily, you can download the high-resolution file as soon as our team has finalized it and all the formats are ready. You may receive them in EPS, JPG, PNG and GIF files. We can also mail it to your e-mail address. Similarly, we can mail a CD to your physical address with all the necessary formats.
Your designed or re-designed logo will be delivered to you in all formats essential for printing both large and small scale as well as for placing on the web and in email signatures. Many publishing houses have specific formats, which they use when printing large scale. ESL will deliver these formats as well as other industry formats at the completion of the project. These include:

Hosting/Servers: Cost begins at USD $79.95/year - $100+ (approximate - depending on your hosting needs). Hosting includes emails for your team, web statistics to track visitors and many other important functions.
Hosting is your website's home on the Internet that you buy or rent as a place for your Web site and domain name to reside.
Photos: Most photos we acquire for you run between USD $15-$30 for web and a little bit more for high resolution pertaining to print.
Photos liven up the site and give visual meaning to the words. We carry a wide variety of royalty-free photos, however, if you require photos that are not in our collection, then you will be required to purchase these photos separately.
Web Site Maintenance: Cost is $110 USD/hour
Need to update the content on your site? Want your latest photo added? Let us do it for you. We don't require any contracts and we don't require a one-hour minimum. You are billed in real time, so if it only takes us 15 minutes to make your changes, you are only charged for 15 minutes of time.
We can:

- Add/Edit articles, reports, e-books or links to existing pages
- dd/Edit logos, photographs, or images
Maintenance services apply to changes to your existing design. Maintenance does not apply to redesigning an entire page or site.
